Ive been using this app for a very long time now and it still works and is definitely worth using. I mostly use it when I go to bed at night but relaxing in my lunch break during a hectic day is great too.

I was blown away at the fact it was amazing I love it when ever I go to sleep I can rember my dreams and before it was like wosh but know I can sleep relax and all the frist time I used it I was aboulestly amazed I had felt so refreshed and my head felt all nice a cool and I was aboulestly thrilled with it just get it its amazing

Downloaded this because I had a massive headache that would not go away. It was making me nauseous. I turned off one of the lights in my office, got comfortable in my chair & gave it a try! It worked. Came back to, refreshed, relaxed, headaches eased, & able to finish the day! I can already tell Ill be using this a lot!

Ive never been able to get into a meditative state before this. I felt so clearheaded and calm after doing this, I absolutely loved it.

This is my favorite of the guided meditation apps Ive tried. I loved his voice; its very soothing and pleasant. I also really liked the pacing. Much more natural pace than other guided meditation Ive used. I highly recommend this one!

I suffer from severe anxiety and this app is one of the only non-medical things that can take me out of it. I would pay literally $1,000 for this app. Its priceless to me.
