I have fallen asleep every time I have listened to this app that I have yet to hear the ending. If you have insomnia or trouble sleeping at night, give this a try.

Helps relax me and puts me to sleep everytime! I use it with headphones to block out all distractions.

Despite what the morons below say about the app crashing (hey freaks, update your crappy old iPhones) this app works miracles! After lunch, I undo my belt and listen to the app and can have a quick power-snooze before Mr.Johnson and his secretary return from their daily nooners at the shady-stop motel. Thanks fellas!!!

I absoloutly loved this app when I got it, but it only worked once, every time I use it it does nothing but the first time was amaze<3

So I seen this app and decided why not its free Ill give it a try. Last night I try it before going to sleep and what a difference this morning and all day Ive had more motivation than ive had all month. Way worth trying. Ill do it again tonight, if this happens to me again I am going to buy all his apps.

I have to say it works very well at calming me down at night. It is so good I am worried I cant just go to sleep by myself! The honest truth! I love it!

I suffer from an anxiety disorder and I am always looking for ways to calm down and relax. This app is perfect!!

Ive been using this for a while and I must say its really helped a lot. Even with the fact that he "wakes" you up at the end, I find even if it does pull me out of sleep (which is about 40% of te time) I can fall right back to sleep without even realizing Ive been woken till morning. Will be investing in more apps from him!

I love this app! I love the visualization tactics and his voice is wonderful. I wish there were more sessions to choose from other than that just awesome.

This app is great, I have been using it every night before I go to sleep and I have noticed how much it helps! Even my boyfriend has started using it :) I highly recommend it!
